欧松板（OSB板）

OSB Board

欧松板（OSB）是一种由木质长条状单板（称为木片或木条）经定向铺设后，用环保胶粘剂高温高压压制而成的工程结构板材。木条呈定向排列，赋予板材高强度和良好的抗弯性能。欧松板因制造成本低、强度高、环保性好，被广泛应用于建筑框架、地板基层、家具制造及临时结构搭建等领域。

OSB (Oriented Strand Board) is an engineered structural board made from wood strand veneers (called wood chips or strips) arranged in oriented layers and then pressed with eco-friendly adhesive under high temperature and pressure. The oriented arrangement of wood strips gives the board high strength and good bending resistance. OSB is widely used in building frames, floor substrates, furniture manufacturing and temporary structure construction due to its low manufacturing cost, high strength and good environmental performance.

加工工艺

切割 / 开料：使用锯床、CNC等设备精准加工，尺寸可控 钉钉 / 粘接：结构安装方便，可与金属件、其他板材配合使用 表面涂饰处理：可刷防水涂层、清漆或油漆，提升耐久性和美观 拼接 / 组合：可拼装成大型结构板，用于建筑墙体、地基等 防潮防火处理：具备一定防潮性能，部分产品有阻燃等级版本
