不锈钢是一种以铁为基体,含铬(≥10.5%)为主要合金元素的合金钢,因其优异的耐腐蚀性、强度与表面稳定性而广泛应用于空间结构、展览装置、建筑内外装、交互艺术与产品制造中。常见不锈钢按组织结构可分为奥氏体型(如304、316),铁素体型,马氏体型等,以 304 和 316 系列最常用于设计与建筑相关领域。其表面可通过拉丝、镜面、喷砂、电镀、着色、蚀刻等处理展现多样质感。

Stainless steel is an alloy steel with iron as the matrix and chromium (≥10.5%) as the main alloying element. It is widely used in spatial structures, exhibition installations, architectural interior and exterior decoration, interactive art and product manufacturing due to its excellent corrosion resistance, strength and surface stability.

基础加工

冷轧/热轧:板材、卷材基础加工方式,控制厚度与表面精度 激光切割/雕刻:精细图形图案切割,适合定制镂空结构、标识、装置纹样 焊接与折弯:适合精密框架结构或装配件加工,弯折时注意方向性与裂纹控制

Cold/Hot rolling: Basic processing for sheets and coils, controlling thickness and surface precision Laser cutting/engraving: Fine pattern cutting, suitable for custom hollow structures, signage, installation patterns Welding and bending: Suitable for precision frame structures or assembly processing, pay attention to directionality and crack control when bending

表面处理

Surface Treatment

拉丝处理:表面呈现细致丝状纹理,常用于现代感/工业风设计 镜面抛光:高光泽反射效果,常用于高端展陈、艺术装置等场合 喷砂处理:表面雾化均匀、无明显反光,适合科技感或哑面装置 化学着色:通过氧化电镀实现金属色系(如黑钛、玫瑰金、古铜色等),用于高端装饰效果
