TPU 是一种兼具高弹性、耐磨性与柔韧性的热塑性弹性体材料,化学结构介于塑料与橡胶之间。其可通过注塑、挤出、3D 打印、热压等多种方式加工,广泛用于消费电子、鞋类、装置艺术、交互设计、软连接构件等领域。

TPU is a thermoplastic elastomer material combining high elasticity, wear resistance, and flexibility, with a chemical structure between plastic and rubber. It can be processed through injection molding, extrusion, 3D printing, hot pressing and other methods, widely used in consumer electronics, footwear, installation art, interaction design, soft connection components and other fields.

Manufacturing Process

制造工艺

注塑成型:适用于结构件、表带、保护壳、缓冲块等 挤出成型:用于管材、薄膜、透明软片、边带等 吹膜成型:可生产轻薄柔性保护膜、透气膜、服装涂层等 热压贴合:常与布料贴合,制作弹性结构、软触包覆层 3D 打印(FDM):支持软料打印(如TPU 95A),适合复杂外形验证、柔性原型 激光切割/CNC:厚度薄时可切割成形,但边缘易焦黑或粘连,需注意控制工艺

Injection Molding: Suitable for structural components, straps, protective cases, cushioning blocks, etc. Extrusion Molding: Used for tubing, films, transparent soft sheets, edge strips, etc. Blow Film Molding: Can produce lightweight flexible protective films, breathable films, clothing coatings, etc. Hot Press Lamination: Often laminated with fabrics to create elastic structures, soft-touch covering layers 3D Printing (FDM): Supports flexible material printing (such as TPU 95A), suitable for complex shape validation, flexible prototypes Laser Cutting/CNC: Can be cut and formed when thickness is thin, but edges are prone to charring or adhesion, requiring careful process control
