无纺布是一种由纤维通过机械、化学或热粘合等方法直接成网形成的织物,不经过传统纺织工艺,因其结构特殊,具备轻质、透气、过滤性强、成本低和易加工等优点。无纺布广泛应用于医疗防护、环保包装、农业覆盖、室内装饰辅料及一次性用品,是功能性和环保趋势的代表材料。

Non-woven fabric is a textile formed by fibers directly bonded through mechanical, chemical or thermal bonding methods without traditional textile processes. Due to its special structure, it has advantages of light weight, breathability, strong filtration, low cost and easy processing. Non-woven fabrics are widely used in medical protection, environmental packaging, agricultural covering, interior decoration accessories and disposable products, representing functional and environmental trends.

加工工艺

纺粘法(Spunbond):热熔纤维随机排列,经热轧粘合形成强度较高的无纺布 熔喷法(Meltblown):细纤维喷吹形成过滤效率高的无纺布,多用于口罩和过滤材料 针刺法(Needle Punch):机械针刺加固纤维网,形成较厚且强韧的无纺布,常见于工业与土工布 湿法成网(Wet-laid):纤维悬浮于水中成网,类似纸张工艺,适合高端过滤和医疗用途 复合加工:与其他材料复合,如涂层、覆膜或纺织增强,增加防水、防油、防火等功能
