水磨石

Terrazzo

水磨石是一种由石材碎料、玻璃片、金属屑等骨料与水泥或环氧树脂基材混合，经浇筑、压实、研磨、抛光等工艺制成的复合材质。它源于意大利，因其极高的图案可塑性、复古美感与耐久性，近年来重新流行于商业空间、展览装置及艺术设计中。

Terrazzo is a composite material made from marble chips, glass shards, metal fragments, or other aggregates, bound together with a cementitious or resin base. Originating in Italy, terrazzo has seen a resurgence in modern design due to its high customizability, vintage aesthetic, and exceptional durability. It is widely used in commercial interiors, exhibition design, public art installations, and contemporary architecture.

加工工艺

材料准备 选取石屑/玻璃/陶粒等骨料，配比水泥或树脂基底 模具与边框设置 根据施工部位设置分隔铜条/不锈钢条，控制图案与收缩 浇筑与摊铺 将混合材料均匀摊铺入模具中，震动排气后压实 研磨与抛光 机械打磨至平整、出纹理，按需求选择不同粗细度抛光 表面处理与养护 可加硬、封孔、防渗处理，提高使用寿命与视觉效果
