Polypropylene (PP) is a cost-effective general-purpose thermoplastic with excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, fatigue resistance, and processing convenience. As a recyclable and reusable material, PP is widely used in product packaging, furniture components, spatial structures, and installation art.

制造工艺

注塑成型：大量应用于薄壁产品、连接件、外壳、模块化部件 热压/热折弯：可做可弯折结构、展板、活动翻页、艺术灯罩 吹塑：常用于瓶类、容器等轻质包装物 热封/焊接：常用于PP布料、PP板块之间的粘结，适用于装置结构 CNC雕刻：较少见，但可对厚板材做简单加工
