聚乳酸(PLA)是一种可再生资源来源的生物基塑料,主要由玉米淀粉、甘蔗、木薯等天然植物中提取的乳酸聚合而成。它具有高透明性、良好的刚性和可工业降解特性,是当前可持续材料趋势中的代表性热塑性材料。

Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a bio-based plastic from renewable resources, mainly polymerized from lactic acid extracted from natural plants such as corn starch, sugar cane, and cassava. It has high transparency, good rigidity, and industrial degradability, making it a representative thermoplastic material in current sustainable material trends.

制造工艺

注塑成型:可用于制作包装盒、结构壳体、小型模件,需温控严格 吹膜/热压成型:适用于薄膜、杯盖、一次性结构件 3D打印(FDM):最常用方式,适合原型验证、艺术造型、教育用具等 热压/热弯加工:厚片可热压造型,但需避免超过玻璃化温度引发变形 激光切割:可用于薄板,适合做图形雕刻、轻结构组件、交互片材
